For Claims Against You
If you receive notice of any claim being made or action threatened or brought against you that an item purchased from Art Revolution infringes the patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third party, You agree to inform Art Revolution in writing of such notice no later than 30 days after receipt of that notice.
